          A 37-year-old resident of Semey tried to transfer prohibited items to the colony — two mobile phones, a charger, wireless headphones and a SIM card.
          He was detained at the scene by officers of the operational department of the institution No. 20 DUIS in the Abai region during a patrol. Currently, an administrative protocol has been drawn up in relation to the courier.
