In order to expand cooperation and increase the volume of work for persons serving sentences, the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the West Kazakhstan region held a working meeting with representatives of Batys Su Arnasy LLP, Zhaiyk pro Energo JSC, Zhuldyz PRO IP and other organizations, as well as the heads of the garment industry operating in the the base of the UIS institution.

During the meeting, issues of placing orders for the manufacture of special clothing, personal protective equipment, as well as tailoring of light industry products were discussed. The participants were shown samples of ready-made overalls made by convicts.

The implementation of such projects helps to ensure the employment of convicts, the formation of their sought-after professional skills and successful social adaptation after release.
