August 11, 2025, Stockholm - At the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Sweden, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Mr. O.Suleimenov, and the Ambassador-Designate of Sweden to Kazakhstan, Mr. S.Eriksson, ahead of the Swedish diplomat’s departure to Astana to commence his diplomatic mission.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, exchanged views on current areas of interaction, and “synchronized their watches” on a number of joint initiatives.

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan wished Ambassador S.Eriksson success in his responsible diplomatic work and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of friendly ties between Kazakhstan and Sweden.
