On June 30, 2025, a meeting of members of the local community was held.
A number of important issues were considered on the agenda of the meeting.

In particular, the proposal to name one of the streets of Bayandy-2 T. U. M. After the war veteran Utayev Abdullah was considered, and members of the community unanimously supported this initiative.

Currently, relevant documents for the registration of the street name are developed and sent to the authorized bodies.
