As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", as well as within the framework of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on August 13, 2025, a nationwide campaign "Legal assistance for every citizen" was held in all notary chambers of Kostanay region.
The purpose of the campaign is to increase the legal literacy of the population and provide free legal assistance.
Citizens addressed issues related to the registration of inheritance rights, the certification of purchase and gift agreements, the registration of powers of attorney and wills, the conclusion of marriage contracts, the protection of rights in real estate transactions, as well as the preparation of documents for travel abroad.
Following the results of the campaign, experts noted the high activity of residents and emphasized the importance of such events for the protection of citizens' rights.
