One of the most demanded public services among taxpayers is the service for carrying out offsets and refunds of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties, fines. There are several ways to receive this service: - through the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat"; - through the e-Salyq-Business mobile application: - through the e-Government web portal www.egov.kz; - through the Taxpayer's Account web application; - through the Government for Citizens State Corporation; - through the territorial bodies of state revenue. To receive the service, you must submit a tax statement in the prescribed form No. 15 (Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/20/2018 No. 160). Please note that in case of a refund, in addition to the tax statement, a document from the relevant authorized body is attached, which is the basis for their refund (court decision or certificate of non-demand for the amount). No supporting documents are required during the test.
