On August 9, 2025, a large-scale clean-up was held in the Enbekshi district of Shymkent. This event was organized by LLP "Inteko Group" and implemented with the support of the district akimat and municipal institutions. The goal of the campaign is to ensure the cleanliness of the city streets, improve sanitary conditions, and create a comfortable living environment for residents.

During the weekend, extensive work was carried out on Zhankozha Batyr Street. First, garbage was collected from the roadside and sidewalks, gutters and ditches were cleaned. Street washing was carried out using special equipment and high-pressure water. In addition, pedestrian paths were swept and branches that obstructed traffic or were dangerous to pedestrians were cut. This not only improved the appearance, but also increased the level of safety.

A distinctive feature of this Sabbath is its comprehensiveness. As in previous years, not only garbage collection was limited, but also measures were taken that significantly changed the appearance of the city. Residents and employees of the institution worked together, focusing on not only sanitary cleanliness, but also aesthetic improvement.

Compared to previous years, this year's Sabbath was much larger and more effective.
Although similar campaigns were held in 2023 , they were mostly limited to garbage collection and had low levels of citizen participation. While the city was temporarily cleaner, there were no long-term results.
In 2024 , landscaping and tree planting events were organized as part of the Sabbath, but they were also largely symbolic, with comprehensive street cleaning and the use of technical equipment rare.
In 2025 , the organizers actively used technology, carrying out high-pressure water washing, cleaning ditches, cutting bushes, and completely tidying up the road. This is a systematic and effective approach with immediate results.

The composition of the participants in the campaign has also expanded. Previously, such events were mostly attended by representatives of public utilities, but this time employees of Inteko Group LLP, the district akimat staff, employees of neighboring institutions, and ordinary residents also took part. Such a combination increased the sense of shared responsibility in society and helped to form a culture of keeping the city clean.

As a result of the cleanup, Zhankozha Batyr Street has changed significantly. The roads have been cleaned, pedestrian areas have been improved, and the sidewalks, cleared of branches and debris, have become safe and comfortable. This view not only provides residents with comfort, but also encourages them to maintain cleanliness.

Another important aspect of this year's cleanup is its impact on society. Many residents appreciated the campaign as not just a one-time event, but as an effective tool for promoting environmental responsibility. Joint contributions to cleanliness increased people's respect for each other and strengthened relationships between neighbors.

According to the organizers, such Saturdays will continue in the future. The goal is to hold them regularly and improve the results each time by using new methods and techniques. This is an important step towards making Shymkent a clean, comfortable and environmentally safe city.

In conclusion, the Enbekshi District Cleanup Day, held on August 9, 2025, was an environmental initiative that advanced from previous years' practices, incorporating integrated approaches and broad participation. It showed the city's residents that a clean environment is possible, and the regular conduct of such events in the future will pave the way for a radical change in the city's appearance.
