Kazakhstan continues accepting applications for the competition for the award of the Tauelsizdik Urpaktary grant, established by the Head of State.

The purpose of the grant is to provide state support for new initiatives and ideas aimed at forming a community of active and creative youth.
In 2025, 30 grants of 3 million tenge will be awarded at the national level.
A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged from 14 to 35 years (34 years inclusive) can apply for a grant.
The grant is awarded on a competitive basis for the implementation of projects in 6 areas:
Nauka – for the implementation of new scientific projects and research;
Kultura – for the implementation of projects aimed at popularizing the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan, promoting folk cultural traditions
and art;
"Information Technologies" – for the implementation and development of new
IT solutions and projects;
"Business" – for the implementation of new business ideas;
Media – for the implementation of new media projects, including projects
to create informative, useful, and interesting content for young people;
"Volunteering" – for the implementation of volunteer projects aimed at
to solve urgent social problems.

and (or) Russian languages):
1) The tender application in the form according to Appendix-1 (PDF format);
2) Project description in the form according to Appendix-2 (word format);
3) Video (no more than 60 seconds) or project presentation (no more than 10 slides);
4) Draft cost estimates in the form according to Appendix-3 (word format);
5) Information about intellectual property (if available, PDF format);
6) A copy of the identity card or birth certificate (PDF format).
