GU "Department of Education of the City of Kurchatov" of the Department of Education of the Abay Region (hereinafter - the Department of Education) announces a competition for the placement of the state educational order for preschool education and training in the city of Kurchatov.

Preschool organizations submit the following documents for participation in the competitive procedure for obtaining a state educational order for preschool education and training:

1) application in the form according to Annex 1 to the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2022 No. 381 "On the approval of the Rules for the placement of the state educational order for preschool education and training, secondary education, additional education of children and training of personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education taking into account the needs of the labor market".

In the application, in the line "name of the preschool organization" it is necessary to specify the BIN and the unique number of the certificate of registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate for legal entities;

2) information on the availability of video surveillance cameras, alarm buttons and voice announcements, certified by the signature and seal of the head of the preschool organization;

3) a license for the organization of primary medical and sanitary assistance and the implementation of medical care for pupils in accordance with the Sanitary Rules (with a capacity of up to three groups);

4) a copy of the staff schedule and documents on the education of teachers of the established model, who have pedagogical or professional education;

5) a copy of the building/premises lease agreement (if available).

Acceptance of documents, signed by the head and certified by the seal, is carried out by the education department at the address: Kurchatov city, ul. Independence, 4 in the period from 7 to 11 November 2025 from 9.00 to 18.30 hours (break from 13.00 hours to 14.30 hours) or by e-mail: goo_kurch@mail.ru

The commission will review the documents submitted by preschool organizations, including those received from the relevant state electronic information systems, until November 26, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.).
