As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on August 19, 2025, a forum on housing and communal services was held under the chairmanship of Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ekaterina Smyshlyaeva, dedicated to explaining new legislation in this area. Temirbek Nazhikanov, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice, took part in the forum.
During the meeting, key changes related to the regulation of the activities of management organizations, the procedure for calculating payments, transparency of financial flows and increased responsibility in the housing and communal services sector were discussed in detail.
