Brasília, August 20, 2025 – As part of the “Embassies of Open Doors” program, launched by the Secretariat of International Relations of the Government of the Federal District of Brazil, a meeting between diplomats and Brazilian students took place at the Embassy of Kazakhstan.

The group of high school students was led by the Executive Secretary of International Relations of the Federal District of Brazil, Paulo Cesar Chaves, accompanied by faculty members.

A special presentation was prepared for the students on the history and culture of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh language, national cuisine, and the country’s natural landscape. In line with an established tradition, Brazilian students also learned about the activities of the embassy and the work of diplomats. The young visitors took part in a guided tour of the embassy premises, tasted traditional Kazakh dishes, and received commemorative souvenirs.

During the visit, the Brazilian students showed great interest in Kazakhstan and the culture of the Kazakh people, as reflected in their many thematic questions.

The “Embassies of Open Doors” program enables high school students from public schools in Brazil to gain firsthand knowledge of the work of foreign diplomatic missions, opening the door to the world of international relations and cultural exchange.
