Control day was held in Samar district

On August 20, the head of the district akim's office, Rauan Zhampeisov, held a control day in the assembly hall of Samarskoye village. During the meeting, the results of the work for the first half of 2025 were summed up. Issues related to the provision of public services, the execution of protocol orders, dealing with citizens' appeals, improving the regulatory framework, as well as compliance with ethical standards by civil servants were discussed. "The main task is to ensure the openness of the work of government agencies and the prompt resolution of the issues of the residents of the district," said Rauan Zhampeisov. Following the discussion, specific instructions were given to the responsible specialists. Special attention was paid to improving the quality of public services and strengthening public confidence in the activities of government agencies.
