On August 21, 2025, the State Revenue Office of Ulken Naryn district organized a seminar for aspiring entrepreneurs. The seminar aimed at explaining recent changes in tax legislation, particularly concerning the registration and deregistration of VAT payers and the maximum VAT threshold. The event also covered the universal declaration stages, procedures and deadlines for submitting declarations, and tax control over mobile transfers.

The event was attended by representatives of the State Revenue Office, aspiring entrepreneurs, and members of the business community.

The speakers answered questions of representatives of the business community.

The event was held at the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs site.
