During the regular session of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat, issues were considered, including those related to the activities of the maslikhat for 2025. Reports of the chairman of the city maslikhat, as well as the chairman of the Standing Committee on Infrastructure development and housing and communal services were heard during the meeting.

Special attention was paid to the condition and development prospects of the outskirts of the city. The Department of Housing and Communal Services was recommended to ensure the completion of previously started repairs, carry out the necessary infrastructure development measures, and organize regular bus routes. It is also proposed to consider the possibility of creating additional recreation areas on the outskirts of the city.

In order to resolve the issues raised at the reporting meetings with the population by the akim of the city, a joint resolution of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk and the decision of the city maslikhat "On establishing the boundaries of the village of Novo-Yavlenka, the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region" was adopted.

The adoption of this decision will make it possible to apply state support measures provided for rural areas, including the establishment of wage allowances for workers living in rural areas, as well as the provision of rural quotas for school graduates.
