President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the award ceremony that he considers Sadyr Japarov a true leader and skilled politician who is leading the Kyrgyz people forward.

– We highly appreciate your hard work in the development of Kyrgyzstan. Thanks to your prudent policy, your country has entered a new stage of development. The Kyrgyz economy is developing at a high pace. On your initiative, new, large-scale projects are being implemented in various fields. Large-scale changes are being made in the social sphere, in the science and education system. All this will undoubtedly strengthen the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and increase its prestige on the international stage. Your far-sighted steps have contributed to strengthening peace and stability in the region. I firmly believe that under your wise leadership, the fraternal Kyrgyz people will continue to achieve even greater heights, - said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The Head of State expressed his sincere joy at all the achievements of Kyrgyzstan, as a fraternal country in Kazakhstan.

– Kazakhs and Kyrgyz are ancient, fraternal peoples, countries with common customs, traditions and history. Our language and heart, our name and property are similar. Today, relations based on mutual trust and respect have been established between our countries. Our ties in the spirit of alliance are strengthening. The strategic partnership of the two states is developing rapidly. You are making an invaluable contribution to this cause. Thanks to our joint efforts, Kazakh-Kyrgyz cooperation has gained new momentum. New initiatives have been launched to deepen strategic partnership. New joint projects in the interests of our states have been undertaken. I believe that important initiatives will demonstrate the true brotherhood inherent in the two peoples and further strengthen our friendship. In the current uncertain period, it is of particular importance to strengthen this solidarity. After all, our unshakable unity is our invaluable wealth. There is a saying of the great Kyrgyz poet Toktagul Satylganov: “The sign of a good person is to burn for the sake of the country.” You have been working tirelessly for the development of the Kyrgyz Republic and serving your people faithfully. You have also made a great contribution to strengthening friendly relations between our peoples. All Kazakhs know this well. In this regard, I have decided to award you with the highest state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Order of the Golden Eagle. This award is a selfless sign of the special respect and sincere gratitude of the Kazakh people to you and the entire Kyrgyz people, - said the President.

Sadyr Zhaparov thanked Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the Kazakh people for awarding him with the highest state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and said that he accepted it as a sign of respect shown to the Kyrgyz people.

He also noted that this demonstrates the high level of strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries, expressing confidence that the cooperation, which has stood the test of time, will continue to strengthen in the coming period.
