On August 22, 2025, as part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order" and in honor of the anniversary of the Basic Law, a conference "Ata Zan - tauelsizdiktin tiregi: 30 years of the evolution of legal statehood" was held.

The event was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and became a significant platform for discussing ways to establish the country's legal system, strengthen democratic principles and achievements in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.

The conference was attended by S.M. Zhalybin, a veteran of the judicial authorities, the chairmen of the legal community, the notary Chamber, the Chamber of private bailiffs, the Chamber of legal consultants, the bar Association, candidates of historical sciences, teachers of educational organizations, as well as schoolchildren, among whom were peers of the Constitution.

As part of the program, a solemn ceremony was held to present identity cards to citizens born on August 30, the day of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A peer of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan also made a report.

A thematic exhibition organized by the Department of Culture and
the L.N. Tolstoy Regional Universal Scientific Library was held on the first floor of the Philharmonic Hall.
