A meeting on compliance with the standards of professional ethics by civil servants was held in the Samar district.

The event was attended by Chief inspector-lawyer of the Office of the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region Bakhtiyar Tolegenuly and Ethics Commissioner of the Office of the Akim of East Kazakhstan region Mira Bekkuzhina. Mira Yesengazinovna reminded the civil servants of the district about the key principles of professional behavior, discipline and responsibility in public service. Special attention was paid to the need to treat citizens with respect, adhere to business style and maintain high standards of professionalism in daily work.

— Our task is not only to comply with the law, but also to build citizens' trust in the government with our attitude. Every civil servant should be an example of decency, responsibility and respectful communication," Head of the office of the Akim of Samar district, Ethics Commissioner Rauan Zhampeisov said at the end of the meeting.
