Dear taxpayers!

The State Revenue Committee is conducting a phased launch of the new “Integrated System of Tax Administration” (ISNA), including the new ISNA Taxpayer Cabinet (ISNA TC).

Beginning August 25, 2025, the following documents will be available for submission in the Taxpayer Cabinet:

1. Tax application for a certificate on the amounts of income received from sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and withheld (paid) taxes;
2. Tax application for suspension (extension, resumption) of tax reporting;
3. tax application of the taxpayer (tax agent) on withdrawal of tax reporting;
4. Tax application on refund of value added tax paid on goods, works, services purchased at the expense of grant funds;
5. Tax application for confirmation of the validity of excess amounts of value added tax.

To enter the new ISNA Taxpayer's Cabinet you should follow the link https://knp.kgd.gov.kz.

Please note that due to the launch of the functionality in the ISNA KNP, the ability to submit these forms through the old KNP and SONO will be blocked.
