A friendship camp "We are together" was organized in Shymkent by the youth of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Activists of the "Assembly Youth" public association from all over the country participated in the event, which was planned for two days.
The purpose of the camp, held at the Krasnye Skaly recreation area under the auspices of the Shymkent City Youth Congress and the Assembly Youth organization, is to promote the values of national unity among young people, strengthen patriotic spirit, and implement the instructions of the Head of State to get rid of social ills such as drug addiction, gambling, violence, and wastefulness.
Experienced specialists in the areas of Team Coaching, Career Coaching, Relationship Coaching, legal literacy and Life Coaching gave lectures for the participants. The speakers included Timur Zhumyrbayev, Chairman of the Assembly Youth Public Association, Zhandos Kaltayev, Deputy Director of the Organizational and Territorial Work Department of the AMANAT Party, youth activist, Nariman Bazarbayev, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor of Shymkent, Almas Tolykbayev, debater, trainer, and career counselor Seidulla Ismail.
In addition, the youth met with Honored Master of Sports of Kazakhstan, three-time world champion in combat sambo, Arman Ospanov. The Master of Sports explained to the youth the importance of a healthy lifestyle and shared his experience.
The camp, which aimed to educate and unite youth around national unity, included sports games, bumper ball competitions, art competitions, and group activities, which continued with activities aimed at increasing friendship and solidarity among youth.
It should be noted that the main task of the "Assembly Youth" public association is to develop and unite youth on the basis of public agreement and national unity of the people of Kazakhstan, to support youth initiatives and develop social activity within the framework of the activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, to carry out cultural and educational activities, to assist in the formation of public agreement among youth, to form a political and legal culture of youth based on democratic norms, to involve ethnic youth in the process of learning the state language, popularizing it and promoting it as a language of interethnic communication, to involve youth from ethnocultural and other associations in holding patriotic socio-political events, interethnic and intercultural dialogue, and to support the development of volunteering and charitable activities among youth.
