On August 22, 2025, the Ethics Commissioner of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region, K.A. Pilalov, held a seminar with the state bailiffs of the Department on compliance with the norms of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants, the harm of gambling, the fight against corruption, and the use of vehicles only for their intended purpose.
