The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Malaysia participated in the major international tourism exhibition "World Islamic Tourism & Trade Expo" (WITEX 2025) and the "World Cultural & Arts Festival" (WCAF 2025), held in Kuala Lumpur from August 22 to 24, 2025.

The event brought together over 150 national pavilions. Kazakhstan stood out as one of the key participating countries, highlighting its cultural uniqueness and tourism potential.

A particular highlight for visitors and participants was the Kazakh cultural performance, featuring traditional music and dance. These elements made a vivid contribution to the spirit of intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding, helping to shape a positive image of the country on the international stage.

Kazakhstan’s participation in WITEX & WCAF 2025 opens new horizons for the development of cultural and tourism diplomacy, offering a strategic platform to promote national heritage, expand international ties, and support the growth of the Halal industry.
