Deadlines for submission of monthly reports by KSK and MIB changed in Kazakhstan

All objects and management entities are obliged to submit a monthly report to property owners. Monthly reports must be prepared in accordance with the approved reporting form, posted in the public domain, as well as published through the information system and be open in nature. Reports must be agreed and approved by the House Council and signed by the chairmen of the MIB or the subject of management. After September 15, the deadline for submitting a monthly report is set to the 20th day of the month following the reporting period. In addition, the law also approved the procedure for submitting an annual report on the management of a condominium facility. Annual reports must be considered by the House Council, discussed at the general meeting of property owners and adopted by April 1 of the year following the reporting period. In addition, property owners have the full right, in addition to the report, to request statements on the movement of funds in the bank account, defect certificates, acts of installation and work performed, as well as other documents confirming the expenditure of funds. The owner of each apartment, non-residential premises, parking space or warehouse has the right to receive information about the state of current and savings accounts with the payment of current, accumulative, target contributions, as well as current contributions for the maintenance of parking and warehouses. Monthly and annual reports on the management of the condominium object must indicate additional expenses that are not subject to the management of the condominium object, if any, as well as income from the rental of common property in a separate way.
