A total of 1967 houses are planned to be built in this area. Of these, 14 plots were allocated to flood victims, 161 plots were assigned to the construction department for housing construction at the expense of the budget, and the remaining 1,792 plots are intended for waiting lists.

Among them, 124 plots are provided with ready-made residential buildings. All houses are fully finished, connected to utility networks, provided with access roads and fencing. Citizens will be able to purchase this housing through bank loans or at their own expense. Thus, there are two possibilities for waiting lists: a plot of land for self-construction or a ready-made house with full infrastructure.

The remaining 1,668 plots will be provided for construction according to standard projects. They are leased with subsequent registration of ownership after completion of construction within three years.

Since the inventory was announced, 1,430 waiting lists have updated their data, including 932 people from the first three thousand.
