During the official visit of His Majesty the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MTI RK) and the Jordan Organization for Standardization and Metrology (JSMO).

The document is aimed at developing cooperation in the field of standardization, conformity assessment and accreditation. The signing of the Memorandum will open up new opportunities for exchanging experience, harmonizing approaches, and strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries.

The agreement was an important step in deepening bilateral cooperation aimed at supporting business, increasing the competitiveness of products and promoting the development of mutual trade.
