On August 27, 2025, the Akimat of the Ülken Naryn District held a public discussion of the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of rural district akims, independent departments, as well as subordinate organizations.
The analysis identified 12 risks related to:
the provision of public services;
personnel management;
information security;
issues of architecture, urban planning, and construction;
and other aspects of organizational and managerial activities.
