Abu Dhabi, August 27, 2025 – A Kazakh delegation led by Marat Sultangaziev, Akim of Almaty Region, paid an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Sultangaziev held talks with Sheikh Abdulla Bin Mohamed Bin Butti Al Hamed, Head of the National Media Office.

During the visit, a presentation was held on the “Talgar Eco City” project in Almaty Region, covering about 600 hectares in Talgar and representing a modern eco-community.

The project includes residential quarters, educational and medical institutions, shopping and cultural centers, as well as extensive green areas. It was developed by the international company AE7 (UAE) and is being implemented jointly with Dinar Holding Ltd. (Kazakhstan) and 44Degree (UAE).

The implementation of the project opens up additional prospects for deepening investment cooperation and strengthening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the UAE.
