On August 28, 2025, on the eve of the celebration of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aliya Amanzhulova, Head of the Department, held a working meeting with Sergey Blok, director of a large dairy production company, Milkh LLP.
During the meeting, issues of trademark registration and geographical indications were discussed, as well as the advantages of legal protection of brands in domestic and foreign markets, as well as the negative consequences in case of its absence.
The parties agreed on the need to establish cooperation in the field of intellectual property protection and subsequent registration of trademarks and geographical indications of the company's products.
Registration is an investment in the reputation, competitiveness and export potential of domestic manufacturers.
