On holding a citizen’s reception as part of the “Law and Order Week”

On August 28, 2025, as part of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a reception of citizens was held in front of the building of the Akimat of the village of Tobol.
The purpose of the event was to increase the level of legal literacy of the population, provide timely legal assistance, as well as promptly consider current issues addressed by residents of the district.
During the event, citizens were provided with explanations on the application of current legislation, the protection of rights and legitimate interests, as well as the possibility of receiving public services.
Holding such events helps to strengthen the legal culture in society, increase citizens' trust in government agencies and law enforcement institutions, as well as the formation of an effective dialogue between the government and the population. Based on the results of the reception, specific recommendations were developed for resolving the issues received.
