This holiday is the basis of sovereignty and independence of our state, its stable development and prosperity. Since the adoption of the Constitution, Kazakhstan has been consistently strengthening its course as a democratic, legal and social state. The Constitution, being a guarantor of the rights and freedoms of every citizen, has laid a solid foundation of peace and harmony in our society.
