Aclusterseminarfortaxpayers of StepnogorskandAkkoldistrict was held in Stepnogorsk with the participation of BauyrzhanShaikenov, Deputyhead of the StateRevenueDepartmentfor the Akmolaregion.

He noted the main changes in tax administration, measures to reduce the burden on businesses and simplify procedures for taxpayers. The new Tax Code is designed to significantly simplify the lives of entrepreneurs.

 The administrativeburden is being reduced, reportingforms are being reduced, anddigitalservices are being introduced.This will allowbusinesses to operatemoretransparentlyandefficiently,focusingondevelopmentratherthanpaperwork.

The participants were able to askquestionsdirectlyandunderstandthenewrules in detail.Specialattentionat the seminarwaspaid to thetaxation of miningcompanies. The speakersexplainednewapproachestocalculatingtaxesin the raw materials sector,emphasizing the transparencyandpredictability of the rules,aswell as theirimportancefor long-termbusinessplanning.ThenewTaxCodeprovidesforcorporateincometax(CIT)deductions,whichreduce the taxbasebyaccounting for actualexpenses.Theseexpensesincludelaborcosts,depreciation of fixedassets,marketingcampaigns,stafftraining, andotheroperatingexpenses.Oneof the mainmechanisms for optimizing value addedtax(VAT)is the righttooffsetincomingVATpaid on thepurchase of goods,worksandservices.
