On August 29, 2025, counsellor of the Representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Aselia Oralbayeva participated in the round table dedicated to the International Day against Nuclear Tests and the 80th anniversary of the United Nations. 

The event was organized by the Faculty of International Relations of al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the participation of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the diplomatic corps in Almaty, and UN international organizations. 

The MFA representative noted the contribution of the opening of the UN Regional Center on Sustainable Development Goals for Central Asia and Afghanistan in Almaty to strengthening global security and active work on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
