The celebration began with the presentation of the Constitution and the performance of the National Anthem.
Kaisar Murzhakupov, the Akim of the district, emphasized that the country's fundamental law is a symbol of harmony, stability, and progress. During the ceremony, certificates and letters of appreciation were presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of their region.
The holiday continued with a concert by the district's artists. The atmosphere of unity and pride once again reminded us of the value of the Constitution, which unites the people of Kazakhstan!
