In accordance with the instructions of the city akim, work is currently underway to modernize the road infrastructure on Sairam Street. The construction of a 1.4-kilometer one-way sidewalk between Ualikhanov and Zheltoksan streets has been completed. Today, work is underway to build a sidewalk on the opposite side of the street.

In addition, on the section of Sairam Street from Ualikhanov Street to Aknazar Khan Street and further to Kapal Batyr Street, old trolleybus poles are being removed and modern street lights are being installed. A total of 162 concrete poles will be dismantled, and 324 new poles will be installed in their place, providing two-way lighting.

Currently, street lighting has been installed and put into operation from Ualikhanov Street to Tauke Khan Street. Work is ongoing in the area from Tauke Khan Street to the end of Aknazar Khan Street.

According to the plan, construction and installation work will be fully completed in the first decade of September.
