The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a festive event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ceremonial gathering was attended by officers, sergeants, and veterans of the troops.

During the event, the personnel, accompanied by the Exemplary Orchestra, performed the State Anthem of the country.

The Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov, delivered a festive address:
“The Constitution is the foundation of our state, the basis of Kazakhstan’s independence and stability. The service members of the National Guard carry an honorable and responsible mission – to protect the constitutional order, ensure law and order, legality, and the safety of citizens. I would like to express special gratitude to the veterans who stood at the origins of the troops’ creation and who continue to pass on their experience to the new generation of officers and sergeants. On the eve of Constitution Day, I wish all service members strong health, resilience, loyalty to the oath, and success in their service for the prosperity of our Motherland,” emphasized A. Baltabekov.

Ahead of the holiday, by orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, about 400 service members were awarded.

The awarding of titles, badges, and certificates to service members who conscientiously perform their duties and achieve the best results in service was personally carried out by Major General A. Baltabekov.

The festive event concluded with a concert program by the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard.
