Since September 2, 2025, in order to digitalize public services and improve their quality, a new service for registration of vehicle purchase and sale agreements has been launched in the TsON mobile application.
Previously, to conclude an agreement, citizens signed a written transaction form using a QR code in public service departments. Now this process is available through the Car Purchase and Sale Agreement service in the TsON application: the agreement is drawn up and signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS) of the seller and the buyer. Thus, the agreement can be concluded in advance, even before visiting a specialized TsON, which significantly reduces the waiting time and simplifies the process of receiving the service. After registration in the application, the signed agreement must be submitted to the specialized TsON to complete the vehicle registration procedure.
In addition, a record of the concluded agreement is permanently saved in the service history, ensuring transparency and the possibility of subsequent verification.
At the same time, the legal significance of the document, protection of personal data and elimination of errors are ensured by automatic verification of information and integration with state databases, which helps to prevent common risks, such as document forgery, technical errors when filling out and executing the contract.
The cost of executing one contract is 1,500 tenge.
Let us remind you that access to the service is provided after authorization by IIN and phone number in the mobile application "TsON" (App Store and Google Play).
It is worth noting that the service provides an additional opportunity to execute a transaction, which citizens can use at their own discretion.
Thus, the introduction of the "Car Purchase and Sale Agreement" service is another step in the digitalization of public services and the creation of a convenient, safe and transparent digital environment for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
