A new Head of the Akim’s Office has been appointed in Ulken Naryn District

According to the order of the Akim of the district No. 23-ж dated August 29, 2025, Eldos Orazkhanov has been appointed as the Head of the Akim’s Office of Ulken Naryn District.

Eldos Orazkhanov was born on September 29, 1997, in Borodulikha village, Borodulikha district, East Kazakhstan region. He holds a higher education degree from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, majoring in Economics and Management.

He began his professional career in 2020. In 2024, he worked as the Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Territorial Work Department of the East Kazakhstan Region Akim’s Office.
