The Department of the Penal Correction System in the West Kazakhstan region hosted the KAZH Aruy - 2025 competition, which brought together the most worthy representatives of the women's collective of the penal correction system of the region. The competition was held in a solemn atmosphere on the stage of the regional Philharmonic.

The program of the event included five stages:

🔹 Business card — getting to know the participants. The girls talked about themselves, their profession, hobbies and life principles, focusing on their official mission and personal achievements.

The best shooter — the participants demonstrated accuracy and confident possession of weapons, proving that they are prepared no worse than their male colleagues.

, Intellectual competition — a test of knowledge on legislation: The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Law Enforcement Service", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Internal Affairs Bodies" and other regulatory acts. The girls brilliantly coped with logical tasks and legal issues.

The creative stage includes vocal and dance performances, poetry readings, skits, and playing musical instruments. The audience was delighted with the bright and emotional performances of the participants.

The general choir is the culmination of the competition. All the participants joined together in a single final act, creating an atmosphere of unity, strength and inspiration on stage.

The vice-miss and the winner of the main title, KAZH Aruy — 2025, were also determined.

Results

The competition was not only a festive event, but also an example of respect for women's work in the penal system. He demonstrated that the strict uniform hides strong, intelligent, talented and bright personalities who are devoted to their profession and Homeland.

The holder of the title "KAZH Aruy - 2025" became Sergeant of Justice Konysbaeva Aruzhan Altaykyzy, 21 years old, a technician at the special accounting department of the 74th pre-trial detention facility.
