On August 20, 2025, Svetlana S. Tverdokhlebova was invited to the production area of institution No. 27 of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to show existing facilities and vacant premises to an entrepreneur in order to improve the employment rates of convicts in institutions, as well as to develop further measures and increase their effectiveness.
