– Kazakhstan must become a fully digital country within three years

– First of all, it is necessary to adopt the Digital Code as soon as possible.
This law should define the main areas of the digitalization process, including artificial intelligence, the platform economy, the use of large databases, and other issues.

– I believe that it is necessary to create a Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development on the basis of the competent ministry. The new ministry should be headed by a specialist at the level of Deputy Prime Minister.
