On September 5, a solemn ceremony was held at the Miras Cultural Center to send 15 young men to serve in the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was organized by the Department of the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Civil Defense for Kostanay region in cooperation with the Akimat of the region. Yerlan Musin, Deputy Head of the Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay region, addressed the recruits with parting words, wishing the recruits decent service.
The Deputy head of the Department, Colonel Madiyar Utelbayev, also gave a parting speech.
Together with the future defenders of the Fatherland, their parents, relatives and friends were present on this day.
