Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency intends to expand cooperation with Kazakhstan

Ankara, September 8, 2025 – Ambassador Yerkebulan Sapiyev met with Abdullah Eren, President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA).
During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed and concrete steps to further expand joint activities were outlined.
A.Eren presented TİKA’s ongoing activities, including its projects in Kazakhstan, and expressed the agency’s intention to implement joint projects with the International Development Agency “KazAid”.
Ambassador Yerkebulan Sapiyev emphasized TİKA’s active presence in Kazakhstan and highlighted the importance of projects in the fields of science, education, and healthcare. He also drew attention to the opportunities for Kazakhstan and Türkiye to carry out joint initiatives in third countries.
The parties agreed to continue their cooperation in the discussed areas on a systematic basis.
