The Department of State Revenue for the Zhetisu region informs citizens about the approaching deadline for payment of property tax on property of individuals for 2024. It is necessary to pay the tax no later than October 1, 2025.

📌 Who is a tax payer?

Individuals who own the following properties are liable to pay property tax:

-residential houses and apartments;

-garden buildings;

-garages;

-other buildings, structures and premises owned by right of ownership.

In case of non-payment of the tax by October 1, notices of arrears will be sent to debtors from October 2, 2025.

If the amount owed exceeds 1 monthly calculation figure, then after 30 working days from the date of sending the notification, an order will be formed for the forced collection of the debt, as well as the accrual of penalties for each day of delay.

1. Via mobile application “e-Salyq Azamat”;

2.Website of the State Revenue Committee kgd.gov.kz;

3. Portal of electronic government egov.kz;
4. Mobile applications of second-tier banks.

🔹Department of State Revenue for the region Zhetisu calls on taxpayers to make timely payment of property tax on property of individuals in order to avoid the application of measures of compulsory collection, accrual of penalties and other consequences provided for by the tax legislation.
