As part of the plan “Astana – A City Without Drugs” and the implementation of the concept “Law and Order”, a large-scale sports event aimed at preventing drug addiction among servicemen was held at Military Unit 6636 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Starting from 10:00 a.m., guardsmen took part in relays, team competitions, demonstration performances in martial arts, and military training. Under the slogan “Astana – A City Without Drugs!”, the competition became not only a symbol of the fight for the nation’s health, but also an important contribution to fostering servicemen’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle, patriotism, and military brotherhood.

The event was attended by representatives of the Police Department and the Military Police. Valuable prizes and memorable gifts were prepared for the participants.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced by the participation of well-known media personalities: bloggers Dragon, Ramil Tursynov, Sailaubek Yergazy “Sailo,” Lyailya Sultankyzy, Aitым Zhakupov, Ruslan Silin, Yaroslav Melekhin, as well as Vasily Takhtai, Shertim Nurdaulet, Nurgeldy Kerdesh, Rustem Zhantenov, and Medet Zhanatuly. Among the honored guests were Astana City Maslikhat deputy Azamat Aitkhozhin, President of the Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation Anatoly Bondar, improvisational poet Aisholpan Tleutai, and NGO “Üyde” founder Sayat Kuzenov.

The sports festival became an example of effective cooperation between government agencies and the public in drug prevention. It demonstrated that through joint efforts, values of a healthy lifestyle, discipline, and patriotism can be instilled in youth and servicemen alike.
