On September 10, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov presented the exequatur to the newly appointed Consul General of the French Republic in Almaty Maxime Gehringer and wished success in his mission. In turn, the Consul General of France expressed his gratitude and confirmed willingness to work for the benefit of the development of bilateral relations.
