Yesterday, the city akim B. Abdraliev held a working meeting with the management of the State Enterprise "KMEP" and "Kurchatov Vodokanal". The main topic of discussion was the digitalization of housing and communal services enterprises. We live in a time when modern technologies help not only to speed up processes, but also to make them more transparent and efficient. Digital solutions can improve the quality of services provided, increase the level of service to the population and optimize the internal work of organizations. The meeting discussed the introduction of automated accounting systems and the possibility of more active use of online services for city residents. This approach will allow us to respond faster to citizens' requests, reduce resource losses and ensure the reliability of public utilities, because digitalization is an investment in the future that will help make the city infrastructure more convenient, modern and focused on the needs of citizens.
