On the eve of Family Day, employees of the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region, together with the branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in Kostanay region, visited the Kostanay Perinatal Center on September 11 this year and handed over to mothers of newborns the first documents of their babies - birth certificates.
