In this year's Address, the Head of State made a number of positive proposals for digitization, industrial development, improving the living conditions of citizens, and the development of the agricultural sector. We now need to pay attention to the deep processing of manufactured products, so that the product does not remain in the form of raw materials. The development of science in agriculture is a very relevant issue. If agricultural science does not develop, the agricultural sector will not move forward. The government is tasked with creating a single digital platform for water resources. The platform will collect data on surface and groundwater based on artificial intelligence. It will also contain information on the condition of canals, reservoirs, and dams. This is a very necessary project.
We are still not able to fully utilize the potential of the agricultural sector. The development of the sector is of great importance. After all, the soul and core of the Kazakh people are in the village. If we could comprehensively solve the above problems, we would further develop the agricultural sector. Nowadays, it is very important to adapt to the market and be competitive.
In general, we need to identify specific areas where investment is needed. It is becoming clear that discipline is also needed in attracting investment. All of these are timely issues.
