The following board resolutions were approved by the Agency

1. Resolution №57 of 11.09.2025 "On granting Bulat Zhamitovich Utemuratov consent to acquire the status of a major (indirect) participant in the Joint-Stock Company «Home Credit Bank»;
2. Resolution №54 of 11.09.2025 "On granting consent to «Nova Лизинг» Joint-Stock Company to acquire the status of a bank holding company (indirect) of «Home Credit Bank» Joint-Stock Company»;
3. Resolution №55 of 11.09.2025 "On granting «ForteBank» Joint-Stock Company consent to acquire the status of a bank holding company of «HomeCreditBank» Joint Stock Company;
4. Resolution №56 of 11.09.2025 "On granting «ForteBank» Joint-Stock Company permission to acquire a significant equity interest in «HomeCreditBank» Joint- Stock Company.
