The Department of State Revenue of Kostanay region informs that taxpayers have the right to receive a deferral or installment payment on taxes secured by property (movable, immovable) or a bank guarantee.
- the deferral allows you to postpone the deadline for paying taxes up to 6 months, and installments to pay the debt in stages for up to 3 years.
Taxpayers experiencing temporary financial difficulties may be eligible for a deferral or installment plan.
We also inform you that in order to implement the provisions of the new Tax Code of July 18, 2025, a draft has been developed that will simplify the procedure for granting deferrals and installments starting in 2026.
What changes are there?
• The possibility of obtaining installments without collateral and a bank guarantee for taxpayers with debts of up to 1,500 MCI
• The mandatory assessment of collateral and its insurance is excluded.
• Reducing the time for reviewing applications and providing installments.
