Ethics in public service is the basis of responsibility and trust, because a civil servant is a mirror of society, a golden bridge between the government and the people.
In this context, on September 15, 2025, the Commissioner for Ethics of the city of Kurchatov B. Dyusenbaev held a meeting with civil servants of the city Akimat to explain the standards of official ethics of civil servants. The employees were explained in detail the requirements of the Ethical Code and the standards of conduct of a civil servant, while it was especially emphasized that these standards must be taken into account in everyday official activities. In addition, in order to strengthen trust and mutual respect in the team, an anonymous survey was conducted, during which the opinions of employees regarding the internal climate were collected and a comprehensive analysis was carried out. This was an important step towards creating a comfortable and confident working environment for civil servants.
The main goal of these events was to form a culture of compliance with ethical standards among civil servants, increase their legal and moral responsibility, as well as create a favorable moral and psychological atmosphere in the team.
